This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering a range of treatments from full body massages to facials. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also excellent for relaxation. the room advantages were impressive, with a private Turkish bath and steam room. the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area were elegant and inviting.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of sun loungers at the pool area. But this was compensated by the attentive staff who offered to bring additional chairs.

My room had a fine view of the Marmara sea just like in the database review. The toiletries were luxurious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location near the attractions was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel.

The venue was always fairly clean, had very good staff and location. I loved having a personal safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar. Easy check-in. My stay here was excellent❤

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing and had a amazing sea view. The staff was friendly. From the exquisite decorations to the high-tech facilities, this hotel made us feel pampered and privileged.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and near the Capitol. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including ample parking for guests. The breakfast buffet was well balanced and had a variety of local fruits and excellent coffee. The staff were incredibly warm and dedicated, always serving with a smile.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, making it easy to reach all the tourist sites in the area. The free shuttle provided to Sultanahmet Square and the Grand Bazaar is a nice added touch. The hotel is situated on a hill which can be a bit of a climb to get to the trams, but the effort is worth it. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing bathroom facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast is delicious. If you're lucky enough to get a room with a view, the Bosphorus is quite a sight.
The hotel adheres to Islamic traditions, which means there is no availability of alcoholic drinks and men and women have separate spa timings.

The rooms were beautifully designed and furnished, just like in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-stocked with Molton Brown toiletries. I also loved the fact that the room had plenty of plugs and a large TV.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, especially when people were talking loudly.
